Sacred Idols / Panchaloha
A traditionally cast five-metal (panchaloha) idol of Lord Krishna as worshipped at the Guruvayur temple. Each idol is poured and finished by hand by Kerala artisans following methods passed down through generations, then blessed before it leaves our workshop.
The Guruvayurappan Panchaloha Idol is cast in the traditional five-metal alloy — gold, silver, copper, brass and iron — a method believed to bring auspiciousness and longevity to the murti. This particular form depicts Lord Krishna as he is worshipped at the Guruvayur temple, standing with a conch and lotus in his upper hands and a mace and discus resting below.
Every idol passes through the hands of a small group of artisan families near Guruvayur who have practiced panchaloha casting for generations. After casting, each piece is hand-finished — the crown, vastram folds and facial features are refined individually, so no two idols are perfectly identical.
Suitable for home altars, pooja rooms, and as a gift for housewarmings, weddings or milestone celebrations. Comes with a matching teakwood base and a soft protective pouch for safekeeping.

★★★★★Beautiful idol, heavier and sturdier than I imagined for the size. The teakwood base fits perfectly on our altar.

★★★★☆Lovely craftsmanship. Delivery took a couple of days longer than estimated, but the packaging and quality made up for it.
